Group Life Plan

NCI offers Group Life insurance coverage to eligible employees or primary insureds under Group plans. There is also an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) rider attached to the Group Life coverage.

• Coverage can be a flat benefit amount or a multiple of the employee’s annual salary.
• Group Life coverage is term life insurance.
• AD&D coverage provides an additional benefit in the event of accidental death as well as a benefit payable to the insured member for various forms of dismemberment.
• Coverage is convertible to an individual whole life policy upon separation from the employer.
