At National Caribbean Insurance Company Limited, we offer a comprehensive suite of Group insurance policies to satisfy the needs of all corporate clients. We provide coverage for employer-employee groups as well as association groups. Whether small groups (5 to 14 members) or larger Groups, NCI’s comprehensive Life, Health and Pension programs offer coverage that caters to the needs of members and their dependents.
We have redesigned and rebranded our suite of health plans under the brand of NCI WellCARE.
All of our plans offer other standard benefits which include Air transportation and Air Ambulance as well as Preventative Care. Dental and Vision coverage is also available.
Our Group plans also provide coverage for retirees and persons over the age of 65.
Group Life Plan
NCI offers Group Life insurance coverage to eligible employees or primary insureds under Group plans. There is also an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) rider attached to the Group Life coverage.
Group Pension Plan
NCI’s group pension plans provide an income when there is no regular monthly earning from employment.
