Who is it for?
Residents of St Kitts & Nevis - Eligible members with a commencement date of 1 May 2022 or later covered under an NCI WellCARE Health Plan (Comprehensive Major Medical Plan).
Residents of Anguilla - Eligible members with a commencement date of 1 August 2021 or later covered under an NCI WellCARE Health Plan (Comprehensive Major Medical Plan).
How do I use my card?
- Present your card and photo ID
- Provider swipes and submits claim
- Collect your explanation of benefits (EOB)
- Pay your portion
- Collect your receipt as proof of payment
Is there a limit?
Eligible for services under EC $5000.00
What if I have more than one NCI Health Plan?
- You will receive one NCI WellCARE card – the primary coverage
- Utilise the primary coverage card at the participating service provider
- Submit the EOB and the receipt as proof of payment to NCI
How do I enroll or convert to a comprehensive NCI WellCARE Health Plan?
