At National Caribbean Insurance company Limited we offer a comprehensive suite of health insurance policies to satisfy all your needs. Whether you need local, regional or international medical assistance, NCI’s comprehensive health programs offer you coverage for doctors’ visits, Surgery, diagnostics and Laboratory Services, and Prescription Drugs, among many other benefits.
All of our plans offer other standard benefits which include Air transportation and Air Ambulance, as well as Preventative Care. Dental and Vision coverage is also available, and can be selected together to compliment medical benefits.
Introducing NCI WellCARe
We have redesigned and rebranded our suite of health plans under the brand of NCI WellCARE. These medical plans are comprehensive Major Medical with three levels of coverage offered.
PLATINUM PLAN
Major Medical maximum of EC$1,000,000.00
GOLD PLAN
Major Medical maximum of EC$500,000.00
SILVER PLAN
Major Medical maximum of EC$250,000.00
There are Major Medical deductible options as low as EC$200.00.
Vision
Our vision plans provide for reimbursement of expenses incurred for necessary vision care treatment and supplies which are provided or recommended by a duly qualified Optician, Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. There is an annual maximum benefit for all vision services which include eye examination, lenses and frames. Plans also provide coverage for contact lenses.
- One (1) eye exam during any policy year
- One (1) pair lenses during any policy year
- One (1) set of frames every two policy years
Dental
Our Dental plans provide coverage for normal dental care with Orthodontia Care being optional.

Normal dental care is divided into three categories:
- PREVENTATIVE CARE
This includes dental exams, cleanings, x-rays - BASIC RESTORATIVE CARE
This includes fillings, extractions - MAJOR RESTORATIVE CARE
This includes dentures, Crowns, Root Canals
