Your doctors’ visits, Surgery, diagnostics, Prescription Drugs, overseas travel, Major Medical, psychiatric care and hospital confinement are sure to be covered by us. We also offer Vision and Dental care benefits.

When filing a claim, have the following information handy:

  • Notification and proof of claim must be submitted within 90 days of service
  • Date of the visit, procedure and or hospitalization
  • A completed claim form
  • Doctor/Medical institution bills or receipts if payment has been made
  • In cases of surgeries not covered locally, a referral letter from your attending doctor stating the need for care off-island.
