If you are party to an accident, please summon the police to the scene of the accident immediately, and notify your insurance provider as soon as possible.

When filing a claim, have the following information handy:

  • Date, time and location of the occurrence
  • Your contact details
  • Name of insured
  • Name of the driver
  • Name of person(s) injured and details of known injuries
  • Your Vehicle Registration Number and the registration number of any other vehicle involved
  • General description of the incident
  • Description of damages to property other than vehicles
  • Description of damage, followed by a detailed estimate
  • Name and number of other parties to the accident
  • Insurance provider of other parties to the accident
  • Name of Police, Police Number and Station to whom and where report was made
  • Two (2) photo IDs
