Ms Sandra Swanston joined NCI in April 2023 and has formerly held senior positions in administration and human resource. Her experience over the years has aptly prepared her to function with professionalism and passion.

Ms Swanston is a two-time graduate of the University of the West Indies and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies with a minor in Finance and a Master of Science Degree in Project Management. Her professional training in Communication, Business Etiquette & Protocol, Business Professional Modelling & Improvement, Customer Service and Labour Management Relations has positively impacted on her professional growth.

Outside of her career, Ms Swanston is community-oriented and is passionate about the work of the church. She has been a Member of the Vestry for over 25 years serving in different capacities.

Ms Swanston currently holds the position of Senior Manager in the Human Resource Department.
