Ryeburn Boyce was appointed Deputy General Manager at National Caribbean Insurance on October 4th, 2021. He joined NCI on January 3rd, 2020 as Assistant General Manager and was also appointed Acting General Manager from August 1st, 2023 until January 15th, 2024. He has also maintained the position as the Executive head of the Life & Health department.

Ryeburn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Finance degree from Edinburgh Napier University, is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), a Health Insurance Associate (HIA), an Associate of the Financial Services Institute (AFSI), an Associate in Reinsurance Administration (ARA) along with a number of other insurance qualifications. He has also completed Crestcom’s Bullet Proof Manager © leadership development program. Ryeburn is an Accredited Director (Acc. Dir.) from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.

With over 29 years experience in the insurance industry and having lived and worked in Barbados, St. Lucia and St. Kitts at major regional insurance companies, Ryeburn has brought to NCI a wealth of knowledge and experience in such areas as claims administration, operations, project management, underwriting and sales.

Ryeburn is a Rotarian and Past President (Rotary year July 2022 to June 2023) of the Rotary Club of Liamuiga.
