Senior Manager, Human Resources
Ms. Eugenia S. Petty is currently employed as the Senior Manager, Administration having joined National Caribbean Insurance Company Ltd. in this capacity in July 2019.
Ms. Petty has over sixteen years of corporate leadership experience in major international companies in industries such as Transportation, Hospitality, and Education.
Ms. Petty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management degree from Florida International University. Ms. Petty holds the designation of Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM- SCP) and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi).
Ms. Petty’s expertise has also extended to academia where she has served as an Adjunct Professor for DeVry University and the University of West Indies Global Campus- St. Kitts-Nevis Open-Campus where she taught various human resource courses at the Undergraduate and Graduate level.
