Careve Williams attained a Master of Science Degree in Finance, Leadership and Management from the University of York in 2022.  In April 2023, she received a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree Majoring in Mathematics with concentration in Actuarial Science, and a Minor in Business from Lock Haven University in 2015.  Additionally, Ms. Williams received a Postgraduate Certificate in Actuarial Science from the University of Leicester in 2019. 

In 2015 Careve was employed by National Caribbean Insurance (NCI) Company Ltd. and assumed the role of Life and Statistic Analyst. In addition to that role, she performed other duties within the company. In November 2021, she was appointed as Assistant Manager, Nevis Branch, NCI. However, she continued to perform subsidiary duties and served willingly in her various roles in the Life and Health and Accounting Departments. After three years in that position, Ms. Williams was appointed to the role of Actuarial Analyst as of November 2024.
