Atisha Byron joined the NCI team on the 15th January 2024 as the Assistant General Manager with managerial responsibilities for the Non-Life department.

Ms. Byron hails from the community of The Village also known to many as Champsville. As part of a very large and well-known family, she is entrenched in a family-oriented mindset and sees NCI as now part of her family. That mindset allows her to always care for the welfare and success of others around her. Therefore, she always wants to see her peers succeed in every faucet of their lives.

She holds a Bachelors in Business Management with a minor in Finance from UWI St. Augustine , Trinidad.

Her career path spans over a 16 year period to date. She joined the TDC family as an Auditor where she spent 8 years then as an Enterprise Risk Management Officer for 1 year then moved to the Operations Manager for the TDC Insurance Company for 6 years. She has always aimed for self-growth and development and never she away from new challenges where knowledge gained is a benefit.

Ms. Byron is a detailed oriented person and tries to ensure that tasks are completed to the best of her abilities and can be beneficial to all involved. She strives to be an engaged and enthusiastic leader and hope that any knowledge gained can be expressed in her day to day operation.

These are just a few attributes that have made Ms. Byron an excellent addition to the NCI team.
