Almaz Glasford
Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance
Ms. Almaz Glasford holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Monroe College and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with honors from Midwestern State University. She also holds the designation of Accredited Director from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
With over a decade of work experience in the financial services sector, Ms. Glasford’s career started as a Customer Service Representative at the SKNA National Bank for three years. She gained international experience while she interned at a financial firm and worked at the Wells Fargo Bank in the U.S.A. Ms. Glasford returned to her home country of St. Kitts and worked in the Accounts, Credit, Sales and Finance sectors.
Ms. Glasford is currently the Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance at National Caribbean Insurance Company Limited with responsibility for NCI’s AML/CFT Compliance, as well as its Enterprise Risk Management Programme.
